This is our too güd to be trü guarantee:
If you are unhappy with your rü for any reason whatsoever you can return it for a full refund.
We will cover the cost of return shipping for Canadians only. Once the rü is returned, we will refund you the full amount of your rü. This does not include shipping costs. If you live outside of Canada, we still offer refunds for rüs & tötes, but we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
How to Initiate a Return:
If you would like to return your rü, please contact us at hello@rusupply.co for return address and shipping instructions. We will provide you with instructions to retrieve a pre-paid shipping label.
You will be responsible for packaging the rü and dropping it off at a Canada Post office or mail box.
Once we have the rü, we will initiate a refund for the cost of the lunch bag (not including shipping).
Returns must be processed within 5 days of receiving instructions.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
If you would like to exchange your rü, please contact us at hello@rusupply.co for return address and shipping instructions. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
You will be responsible for packaging the rü and dropping it off at a Canada Post office or mail box. And the cost of shipping the rü back to you.
Once we have the rü, we will initiate an exchange.
Exchanges must be processed within 5 days of receiving instructions.

Shipping times are 2-8 business days within Canada.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping in Canada is expensive. It's going to cost you $9 to $14. I want to be clear: we are not pulling a fast one on you and making money off shipping.
In fact, we usually lose a few bucks on each order because we subsidize the costs for 90% of orders.
You will get a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number should be active within 24hours.
